Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Grievance Redressal Mechanism :-

  • Student/trainees related Grievance:-
    • Level 1.  Written complaint can be submitted to the concerned Craft Instructor.
    • Level 2. In case the grievance is not addressed up to the satisfaction , then complaint can be re-addressed to The Group  Instructor.
    • Level 3. Under failure of the level 1 & 2 , the complaint can be addressed to The Principal, ITI Jahangir Puri.
  • Administrative / Office Related Grievance :-
    • Level l .  Written complaint can be submitted to the Office Superintendent / Assistant Account Officer.
    • Level 2. In case the grievance is not addressed up to the satisfaction , then complaint can be re-addressed to The  Principal, ITI Jahangir Puri.
  • Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal of Sexual harassment of Women at Workplace.
    • An Internal Complaint Committee is constituted at Institute Level whose chairman is Ms. Archana Gaur, C.I.
    • Level 1:- Written complaint can be submitted to the concerned Craft Instructor
    • Level 2 :- In case the grievance is not addressed up to the satisfaction , then complaint can be re-addressed to The Group  Instructor.
    • Level 3. Under failure of the level 1 & 2 , the complaint can be submitted to the ICC Chairman / member 
  • List of Members of Internal Complaint Committee for Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal of Sexual harassment of Women at Workplace
