Set up in January 1985 to impart Technical Training in various Engg. & Non-Engg Trades with an aim to give the technical training to the backward and weaker sections of the society in the middle of cluster area of Delhi.
In 2010, TATA Motors Ltd. had signed the MoU with D.T.T.E. and work as Industry partner in PPP (Public Private Partnership) mode. It was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Ms. Sheila Dikshit and now it’s one of the top motor- mechanic infrastructure modernized workshop in India.
